I'm on my own now, the russian stagiare with whom I was working three days a week will be gone in a few days. From now one I will have to manage the restaurant and kitchen on my own during weekends. I can't say I'm looking forward to it, but it should very well be possible, I just can't be as lazy anymore.

Furthermore, if I book far enough in advance, I can book myself a room at any hotel of intercontinental hotels for about 30 euro's a night. Sounds good to me..
